* The Spanish flu was a level 5 pandemic, this one has been bumped to a level 5 and there is already talk of level 6 even though more people have died jerking off since the flus outbreak. There is already talk of sealing borders, and maintaining crowd control. *shakes head.

*  Viruses spread in waves, and can take a few days incubating in a persons system before they exude symptoms. The pandemic waves typically start with a small benign wave which is relatively harmless (like this one), but through a process called recombination, the virus strengthens and becomes more fatal. * 35000 people die every year of the common flu in the US each year. No one has died of this virus yet, yet in Mexico the kill ratio is 6%. It has been claimed by some that more are sick then the media are showing, which would mean that the kill ratio is lower, and it is being overhyped for crowd control purposes.

If the world budget was distributed evenly to everyone we would all receive about 10, 000 a year. Prior to this, this was done (allegedly) solely by the public, who through dialogue were able to make highly informative and relatively concise entries into the site (although still by and large representative of the status quo). This is the same agency who still considers the New World Order concept to be a conspiracy in spite of the numerous references to it in the last few weeks by mainstream media.

Facebooks philanthropy is to be financed by the 200 million people it knows better then they know themselves. If you haven't realized, the goal of this infernal software is to get everyone in the developed world hardwired to the grid for the purpose of efficiently weeding out anyone whoever had a unique idea, that may threaten this medicoracy of hypocrisy... when the social atmosphere is right... The funny thing is this PR stunt couldn't have been more blatantly deceiving, what it should have read was "Facebook hits 200 million, and will encourage its users to buy 'digital gifts' (likely one of the highest profit margined commodities ever to exist) to fund its administrative costs". Facebook itself isn't contributing a dime, largely because they haven't devised a viable means of income other then their shadowy investors.

Digg it, Reddit, Stumble it, connect it, link it, like it, FUCK it

Its safe to say the blogosphere, has to some effect, empowered people to circulate news and information, and as such has yielded a new generation of outspoken and raging pseudo journalists like yours truly. However, it was only a matter of time before this required regulation so not to be a liability to the people that own everything and everyone. In response to this democratic exercise, venture capitalists embarked on a plan (like Google) to organize and classify this plethora of information into something palatable that is suited to a viewers interest, and by and large amendable to the status quo.

The premise is that with so much information being circulated its impossible for any individual to find what they are looking for, thus algorithms based on ones interests and past usage of the internet are used by the sites in question to determine what is relevant to your tastes. "Your tastes" as determined by someone else's software program.

In this way then web 2.0 was the death of the internet (which was dead on arrival anyway as its a product of the US military duh:(. No longer can something be viewed in its own right and guaranteed site accessibility on the basis of its content. Rather it now boils down to how many people "digg it" or "like it" or "link it" etc. If something doesn't have many diggs its safe to say that it isn't a worthy read, and will thus be buried by these websites, who can easily manipulate view counts, diggs, ratings of their content etc. Yes indeed, the ziosphere plays on our vulnerability to this digital plague of consensus validity, in that if some trolling other bloke didn't digg it, then why should I bother.

So be careful when swarming to something thats been "dugg" simply because its been dugg, its likely going to digg you a fucking ditch and disinformative on some level, because any authentically critical literature is easily tucked deep into the sands of digital history with the push of a reset button.

In the spirit of making matters worse, a gameplan has been proposed to tackle the issue of the receding icecaps and increased global temperatures in attempt popularize the notion of impending doom if we dont bow to the "unified global taxation regime" to be devised in its name. Many believe global warming  is a product of a natural cycle of the sun, considering human contribution to global Co2 has been estimated at about 3%, among other notable facts. As I have said before I believe that the global warming debate is overshadowing the more explicable issues related to our environment. Obama's science adviser (s) have proposed an alternative to changing our over consumptive, depressing lifestyles. Simply, add a bunch of pollutants to the atmosphere to reflect the suns light. Right. Some proposals even suggesting putting objects in outer space which would reflect the suns light.

Thankfully this is being proposed as a last resort. As if it hadn't  already been thoroughly proven that any anthropogenic approach to dealing with ecological issues inevitably backfires. Whether its treeplanting, species introduction or the like, our meddling with the natural ecosystem cannot possibly work, as too many other variables are not proportionately adjusted. This is a plan that is not very likely to be implemented, as it would be too controversial, particularly with deep ecologists, its just put their to intensify our fears, religiously.

That said, the ice caps are melting, and if you can afford one of the fuel efficient cars that are purposely made unaffordable then by all means!

Of all the misleading fadulous suggestions born out of the cellars of zion this week, none was more annoying then this one. This headline has to be the most blatantly deceptive ones I have come across in some time. Obama seeks 83 Billion for wars. Wrong. The people who tell Obama what to do  have a military budget that is in fact the biggest in recorded history ,clocked at nearly one trillion dollars.

Deception #2:
That post 9/11 military spending war spending is only 1 trillion dollars. This is such a laugh that I wanted to cry, this number doesn't even approach what was given to one corporation (Haliburton) to rebuild Iraq (military bases that is). The reality is that defense (!) spending is military spending, to separate the Iraq and Afghanistan war costs from 'defense spending' is absurd. With this line of reasoning one could easily say the Iraq war cost 5$ and a few packs of cigarettes, depending on the parameters one sets. The fact is the US has spent approximately .5 trillion per year on defense spending since 9/11, and in the last few years that number is teetering around one trillion. Thus the total cost for American dominance and funding of their military presence in 150+ countries around the globe has cost roughly 5 trillion dollars. Nevermind that though, get really mad and focus on this 83 billion obsessively okee?

Glen Beck airs "Destined to repeat" segment in a ridiculous attempt to exploit mass of half enlightened indignants

In an attempt to get the story, I subjected myself yet again, to another of Becks rants about things he didn't talk about before getting a multi-million dollar contract to do so. A quick breakdown:

1) Glen Beck, outspoken conservative and christian, recently acquired a deal with Fox news. This move coincided with Obamas entry into the whitehouse; literally within days of the election win.

2) Beck is being used to sponge up any American discontent left in the wake of capitalism's last scourge, his target audience has (up until his Fox news show oddly) consisted of the religious right, but has now expanded to include the half-right militia groups, and all of the conspiracy cultures born out of the realization that 9/11 was a false flag operation not committed by Osama Bin Laden as was officially sold.

3) Beck once broadcast his thoughts about these groups (before his multi-million $$$ fox deal) insisting that anyone that questioned the government, or had varying opinions on 9/11 was a threat, and "dangerous". Now he is attempting to appeal to those very same people with his threats that fascism is coming to America... Its called controlled opposition, and it doesnt stop at Beck, it boils down to a bunch of right wing fearmongers arguing with one another, all pretending to be fighting for the "people". From Beck, to Jones to Limbaugh, to O' Reilly, they are all on the same team in the end touting their religious lines while disavowing truths to pollute movements. You see, the majority of the people in this world would be considered leftist, or anti-capitalist, as the majority of the world is poor. But the left has alot of holes as well, and is essentially the first controlled opposition. The Alex Jones entourage is the second line of defense, and others still after that. All to keep us suspended in confusion, as the unjustly wealthy and protected rest easy.

4) Becks Fox program originally began fixated on the issue of a coming communist government... In an effort to broaden his target audience. Beck is now officially focusing on the rise of Fascism (i.e. not socialism).

They are broadening the fanbase. The thing about resistance movements is that they are by and large located on the left (i.e progressives). And you cant appeal to left leaning people while condemning communism via Fox news. It just doesnt happen. So... 2 weeks ago Beck changed his tune and admitted he was wrong and that we are in fact advancing towards a Fascist dictatorship. He made no mention of this when Bush was pretending to lead, but for some reason it is now his central concern. Right. Unfortunatley Beck is doing the mans dirty work, turning the political paradigm on its head. Encouraging people (unconsiously) to reject the left and accept the right as being the truly progressive party. But the bottom line is he is just there to win votes for the next right-wing hopeful. As non-partisian as he claims to be, this is exactley what he is doing. A great way to lure people into your belief system is to critic some extreme aspect of that system.

Beck is but one in a string of shills preaching non-partisian ethic whilst promoting a political agenda, and you can bet your ass people are going to fall for it in droves. We are witnessing an intensification of polarization in American society which is to precipate the coming civil war.

Recipe:

1) Black guy to run and fuel McCarthiest insecurity, riding on the momentum of years of deep conditioning of the "American Dream Myth".

2) Have opposition that claims to truly advocate what Obama deceivingly represents, by revealing some halftruths about the system to win support.

3) Let them duke it out...

4) Buy up whats left after the smoke clears

Its not the problems these guys state have no merit, but its in their phony solutions.

The important thing to note at all times is that when taken collectively these mediums of communication are transisting mass amounts of shallow narcissistic quips that bring everyone and everything into a terribly basic mode of existing... In modifying its homepage Facebook will have the adverse effect of popularizing Twitter, creating more competition which in the end is as they say good for business. The media publicity the issue has received is entirely orchestrated, they want to popularize this watered down communication so to hardwire everyone to the grid. In addition facebook will more stringently choose what appears on your "highlights" feed. Dont ask any questions about what sort of algorhytms and information is being used to process what comes up in the various news feeds, just assume that its whats most relevant and important to you! If you are someone seeking media that is outside the scope of these parameters set by facebook, then your screwed. And you longer need to bombard your sleeper friends with information that may enlighten them as if it doesnt fit their profile, they likely wont see it! Until all you will have is a bunch of exclusive cliques of people with varying perspectives seperated by digital filters...

Implicit in this headline is that personally relevant ads are OK. That advertisements that distributed on the basis of the psychological profile you conceded in your use of the google, facebook, etc. are less annoying then ads that are not relevant to you. A typical response is that a person would benefit by being made aware of potential services and products that they are likely to buy anyway, only this added personalized luxury would notify them of good offers they may have otherwise passed up. But is this not the plague of our contemporary world? That is, the notion of acquired needs. If you needed something, you would know immediately and would go and buy it, you would not need any coaxing, or to be reminded in a n untimely manner. There is a terrifying self-fulfilling aspect in knowing that all the information you recieve will be based on the information you inputed into their servers prior. Only being exposed to things you already like is great for someone with a contracting worldview, but for those of you who would rather nature just take its course, well FEMA has a place for you!

The element of suprise is gone on the internet and likely never was there, everything is warehoused in numerous servers and monitored, you could not theoretically use it to resist those who control it and you :)

Alex Jones persists in his notion that politicians are mere puppets of the elite, that they have no clout and should largely be ignored, yet persists in making a politically charged film, which asides its attempt at being objective is framed around the conservative worldview from which it spawned. The hoopla and false confidence the mass of obamaniacs is something to be criticized heavily, but should it not be concerning that in spite of the fact the film critiques 'politics' as a whole as being corrupt, he is setting many people up to be taken in by the right.

Alex states himself that they will run this scenario again but fails to make any concessions on his wonder boy Ron Paul, who apparently is more devine in many of his followers mind then the naivety of the obamanites.

The 'headlies' and 'weekly doomsday report' spiels will return as required but this week we tried something different! This week we will explore some of the mainstream medias coverage of numerous stories, through the eyes of a disgruntled 'mainstreet' slave in a segment entitled the Mainstreet media report. The whole facebook terms of service controversy/ mainstream news marketing campaign thing

Once upon a time... What was known for some time, became a frontpage issue...

The story became newsworthy, as facebook changed its terms of service, allowing themselves indefinite ownership/ access to material provided by its users... A slight change from the TOS offered prior which were exactly the same only they ceased once an account was disabled ...

A useful controversy ensued over facebooks changes to their 'terms of service'... The contrived and over publicized problem required the administration of solutions that were well anticipated in advance...

And Facebook responded retracting the changes to their TOS, and vowing to become even more liberal in their service than before! Yet nothing has changed, the original TOS which have been questionable since the sites onset remain in tact, and the new TOS are being moderated using user feedback...

In the end facebook users have 'more' control, while the original terms of service remain in tact, and the new (more unsettling ones) are being re-written to sound better... The controversy is concluded with facebook shining in a positive light! Hey maybe I should see what this facebook thing is all about (says mindless shopping slave who didnt know what facebook was before seeing this).

This whole TOS ordeal is entirely a means for facebook to promote itself. The site recently made changes to its terms of service write up, (the one that already declared that facebook owned you and everything you do, while on the service, and that a copy of all your info was retained in such case you needed to reactivate your account etc.), to something that they knew would get a rise out of people (i.e. making the ownership of your material permanent, even long after you have removed your information and discontinued the service). In doing this Facebook not only received countless hours of airtime around the world, while conditioning people to think that they are democratic for rolling back to their original TOS which were in themselves something to protest! No need to worry about that though now, because facebook has appeared to make a 'concession' and are being democratic in retracting the changes to the TOS with the added effect of providing the illusion of choice in how the new infringements will be dressed up, and thus we are all relieved we have been granted the lesser of two evils, and will now be given the opportunity to think that we have input into how the social monitoring (networking) platform develops!! YAY!! I will pick death by shooting over hanging please!

The new TOS are expected to look alot like this:

TOS clause 2.6-
"For content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos and videos), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of ("use") any content you post on or in connection with Facebook. This license ends when you delete your content or your account."

But because you cant technically 'delete' your account, information will be housed in servers for an indefinate period of time should you care to 'reactivate'. But what should be of issue is not necessarily ownership implications (as we are already all owned), its more based on the fact that technology is prepping to rule every aspect of your life...

Will the empathy, and in some cases apathy towards competition make the US into a nation of pacifist unintrusive wimps who do gay shit like live at a balance with nature? For our sake (not childrens) lets hope not!
