In an attempt to distance himself from the previous administrations foreign policy agenda, Obama insists he is still contemplating Bushes missile defense plan in the EU. He insists that he progressively differs from Bush in his foreign policy stance, in that he wont implement it until it IS PROVEN TO WORK!
