So the government funded/ special interest dominated mercenaries called "troops" have been instructed to leave the opium fields alone because it might "alienate people" in ways that actual alienation wont.

They claim to do this because they expect that their military lock down of the country (Imposing bullshit laws) will be able to stop people from trading it and getting it into the hardened veins of North American users in Government funded "harm reduction" clinics.

What they really expect is another black market (white market) to emerge, which they will fully control, and it will compliment that of the needle and prison infested west...
