The global body which is entrusted by the worlds leading nations to moderate colonialist endeavors (i.e. ensure that those leading nations can prosper by invading peoples countries under the guise of a morally bound "United Nations") is being encouraged by the illegitimate leader of Palestine (Netanyahoo) to change its rules which are ignored by everyone anyway.
As honourable as it may seem to have rules surrounding the practice of going to someones country and claiming it as your own on the basis of wrongdoings that happened elsewhere (i.e. European "holocaust") that are illegal to investigate in most democratic societies (!), there is an obvious false attribution of virtue by the general public who embrace "war restrictions" as something honourable, or as a mark of a civilized society.
The fact is that authentic people who are honest with themselves and not unpaid shills dont protest war crimes, they protest war.
They are trying to steer attention to "war crimes" as opposed to the illegitimacy of Israeli/ American imperialism in general. It would seem that to have an agreed upon set of rules for engagement is the moral basis on which militarists justify their imperialist practices. Clearly without these Laws, and the UN as a whole, war would be viewed as it is... war, it would be clear to everyone who was the aggressor and who was the victim. However if we grant a overarching body (dominated by the 'have' countries) with the power to define what constitutes war, then it becomes no more then a cover for imperialist nations and their transnational business affiliates to secure their own interests, while creating the illusion that someone is watching and protecting the disparaged. Any appeal to the UN to change things is in vain. We, the people, are Palestines only hope.

The fact is there is no peace "negotiation" there is an invading armies set of demands, and a helpless peoples plea for justice.
Until settlements are handed over to their rightful Palestinian owners and the expelled are granted the right to return there will never be peace, and any honest free thinking person can see why this is the case.
The UN movement against Israel is out of mere obligation to make it appear as if someone is enforcing the rule of law the world over, the reality is the UN has no means of enforcing these laws, and its pleas are purely symbolic, and as always thwarting a real awakening of semi-conscious people.
