As puppet Bush plans to step down after 8 long years in office he can proudly say mission accomplished. Four major western oil companies, Exxon Mobil, Shell, and (chuckles) British Petroleum are about to sign no bid contracts to begin exploiting Iraq's oil fields. Saddam Hussein had given the multinationals the boot three decades ago when he nationalized Iraq's oil industry. Now the new found Israeli territory is being forced into welcoming them back.
