In light of recent squabbles with the south over propaganda pamphlets, North Korea closes border, and like clockwork NK said to be having problems with its nuclear agreement with US, next week: North Korea will resume talks with US, and everything will be ok. Week after that: Shit isn’t looking good. Week after that: Things are looking up again etc, and on, and on, and on, Until Kim goes nuts, and just forces the south into war.
