The truth is in the middle, the bill contains an exception for food grown and eaten at private residences, however it requires small farmers to pay a 500$ annual fee, any food sold at a farmers market will require certification. Of course it is thought to only be an initial step towards one form of Monsatan grade slop that will be called "sustenance" or some shit, which will be injected not eaten.
This of course gives the corporations the edge, read this:
