After posting this tape of the recent polish plane crash in which it appears "gunshots" or some loud bangs can be heard... the poster has been assassinated... well... "killed" according to this blog. A knife was used to do it, and when later taken to the hospital in critical condition (was still alive) he was stabbed another 3 times and killed... Russia has yet to release the black box details. Clearly it was a personal vendetta, although you would think they could use something better then a knife to get the job done if it was so important...
