Department of homeland security introduces a space based domestic spy program that went online on October 1st, 2008. The technology is said to be available to all levels of authority (CIA, FBI, state and municipal police) for the purpose of ‘disaster management’ (I.e. revolution suppression management), or more simply put: publicized to scare the shit out of people who dare resist their shadowy overlord’s agendas.

Darpas satellite tech

DARPA contracting out work to software producers to make a program to be used on aircraft and satellite which will analyze video and be able to classify what form of human activity is occurring (I.e. if someone is digging, kissing, running, kicking, limping, smoking, gesturing, protesting etc.). Technology not officially intended to control every aspect of peoples lives, but most definetly will.
