Alex Jones is talking about how the movie Machete is trying to provoke a race war down south, he assumes that they are trying to provoke the "immigrants" into La Raza (takeover of the US), when the reality is they are trying to provoke people to fear this, and trying to galvanize the opponents of "illegal immigration.
