The bush administration decides to go out with a bang in the minds of decadent assholes, in creating a bill that will lower rules for environmental building standards. The rules will eliminate the input of wildlife scientists in the building, authorizing and funding of new construction projects, in addition to allowing for the easy construction of the NAFTA superhighway, a 12 lane, 2 train highway system from Winnipeg to Mexico, once the SPP initiative has finally morphed the continent into a North American Union.
These lax protection laws will surely be to the detriment of endangered species, which is quite alright as scientists are preparing to resurrect woolly mammoths… alrighty then!!! The new regulations would abolish a longstanding provision of the Endangered Species Act that requires an independent scientific review of any federal project that could affect a protected species… Lindsay Lohan said to be shocked that animals actually live in habitats, still trying to figure out where her shit goes when she flushes the toilet.
