Environmental Meddling Can Offset Consequence of Environmental Meddling
In the spirit of making matters worse, a gameplan has been proposed to tackle the issue of the receding icecaps and increased global temperatures in attempt popularize the notion of impending doom if we dont bow to the "unified global taxation regime" to be devised in its name. Many believe global warming is a product of a natural cycle of the sun, considering human contribution to global Co2 has been estimated at about 3%, among other notable facts. As I have said before I believe that the global warming debate is overshadowing the more explicable issues related to our environment. Obama's science adviser (s) have proposed an alternative to changing our over consumptive, depressing lifestyles. Simply, add a bunch of pollutants to the atmosphere to reflect the suns light. Right. Some proposals even suggesting putting objects in outer space which would reflect the suns light.
Thankfully this is being proposed as a last resort. As if it hadn't already been thoroughly proven that any anthropogenic approach to dealing with ecological issues inevitably backfires. Whether its treeplanting, species introduction or the like, our meddling with the natural ecosystem cannot possibly work, as too many other variables are not proportionately adjusted. This is a plan that is not very likely to be implemented, as it would be too controversial, particularly with deep ecologists, its just put their to intensify our fears, religiously.
That said, the ice caps are melting, and if you can afford one of the fuel efficient cars that are purposely made unaffordable then by all means!
Western nations must depopulate the world that isnt exceeding its consumption limits so it can
"We need to CONTINUE to decrease the growth rate of the global population; the planet cant support any more people"
Oh... so let me get this straight an American political adviser has confessed that a depopulation agenda is and has been underway on mainstream media, and no one contemplates what this means? Sounds about right I reckon. One shouldn't care to ask how America (a country with no official depopulation policy of its own asides its vilification of octomom) would be involved with a global population agenda... Much less the fact that the large majority of destructive ecological practices serve the ends of multinational business interests, whose ownership is by and large western.
Considering India consumes 1/30th as much as the average 'westerner' (fuck I hate this word), and African poverty isn't even on the map, perhaps the headline should read western consumption exceeds environmental limits. But clearly this wouldn't be conducive to the fake economies fantasy of endless growth.
Its humans that are the scourge, and not their behaviors, attitudes and beliefs... FAIL!
