Poor Canadian neighbourhoods (Urban reservations) continuously provide druggies who cant get real exploitive bank accounts, ways to get their next fix, and kill themselves. The drug treatment sector of their federalized healthcare system ensures that no one is cured, that they are cycled through a revolving door system of detox, recovery, and back onto the street to maintain the job security of its health workers, and do anything to avoid the root of the problem which is the grotesque lopsided distribution of wealth.
