WHICH IS WHY....

A socialist economy by definition should not rely on the indefinite and unsustainable growth of the fake economy. It should not be reliant upon rampid consumerism to sustain 'prosperity'. However this is what Ziovision would like people to believe. Our ability to pay low prices for globalized products is hardly indicative of a country doing well for itself but only in REALITY. This article and many others like it are setting Americans up to yet again rebel against the idea of socialism as they subtly change a blue square to a red one. When the whole thing goes sour they will come out with a deceptive headline like Socialism fails America (i.e. not the more accurate, socialism for rich doesnt assist free market fantasies of poor).

AIG executives were accused of breaking the law in giving themselves bonuses, while its still perfectly legal (and now government facilitated) to make money off of collecting wild interest on adjustable rate mortgages taken out by people who likely dont make what they should at their exploitive 'occupation'.

In addition it seems to have no criticism of the process as a whole, and attempts to diffuse the blame across the entire system, with the "wealthy investors" just being a cog in the wheel! Monopoly

Wal Mart with to its low wages in both producing and consuming countries, and thus competitive product pricing, have been able to withstand the brunt of the recession, and in fact are doing very well. Because Wal-Mart is so cheap, more broke Americans are forced to shop there, evidence of the perpetual monopolization and concentration of power within the so called free market  . Wal-Mart conspiracy? LOL! No. But... Its great to know that Americans in need of low prices are willing to take some blows to workers rights.
