Gaza Strip, May 6 (Pal Telegraph) - A United Nations inquiry into the war in Gaza has found that Israel was to blame for at least seven direct attacks on UN operations - including schools and medical centres.

The UN report, commissioned by Ban Ki-moon, the UN secretary-general, said the Israeli military intentionally fired at UN facilities and civilians hiding in them during the war and used disproportionate force.

Missiles, bombs and small arms were all used by Israel against the UN - leading to dozens of deaths.

The UN's own fuel and aid depot in Gaza was hit with Israeli artillery shells causing widespread damage.

The attack continued for two hours after the UN asked the Israeli military for it to stop.

'Negligence and recklessness'

The report's summary accused the Israeli army of "varying degrees of negligence or recklessness with regard to United Nations premises and to the safety of UN staff and other civilians within those premises, with consequent deaths, injuries and extensive physical damage and loss of property."

Ban said at a news conference on Tuesday that the aim of the report, which is not legally binding, was to establish "a clear record of the facts" surrounding incidents involving UN premises and personnel.

A total of 53 installations used by the United Nations Relief and Works agency (UNRWA) were damaged or destroyed during Israel's Gaza campaign, including 37 schools - six of which were being used as emergency shelters - six health centres, and two warehouses, the UN agency said.

Al Jazeera's Kristen Saloomey in New York said the UN secretary-general was still determining the UN's course of action over the report's 11 recommendations.

The report said the UN would seek reparations for damages from Israel and meet the Israeli government.

Shimon Peres, the Israeli president, told Al Jazeera that the report was "one-sided" and that he hoped Ban would take into account Israel's response to it.

Israel's army concluded its own report into the three-week war on Gaza in late April, finding that Israel followed international law and that while errors occurred they were "unavoidable".

Notorious incident

The report found that in seven out of the nine incidents involving UN premises or operations that it investigated, "the death, injuries and damage involved were caused by military actions ... by the IDF [Israeli army]".

It also said one of the incidents, when a World Food Programme warehouse in the Karni industrial zone in Gaza was damaged, was largely caused by a rocket "most likely" fired by Hamas or another Palestinian faction and condemned those responsible for using such "indiscriminate weapons" to cause deaths and injuries.

The investigation included one of the most notorious incidents in the war, when up to 40 people are believed to have died at a UN school in Jabaliya after Israeli mortar shells struck the area.

The UN initially said the shells had hit the school but later retracted the claim, while Israel initially said its forces were responding to firing from within the school, but also later reportedly withdrew the statement, although the UN report noted the claim still appeared on the Israeli foreign ministry's website as of Tuesday.

The report also recommended that because there had been "many incidents" during the war involving civilian victims, an impartial inquiry should be mandated "to investigate allegations of violations of international law in Gaza and southern Israel by the IDF [Israeli army] and by Hamas and other Palestinian militants".

Israel's 22-day war on Gaza left more than 1,400 Palestinians dead, including around 400 children, Gaza health officials said, along with 13 Israelis.

Much of the coastal territory was also left in ruins.

Report 'flawed'

Mark Regev, an Israeli government spokesman, told Al Jazeera that the report was "fundamentally flawed" and contained "methodological problems are so deep that everyone has to ask on what basis they make these criticisms".

"Evidence shows one thing and the UN report clearly shows that they are not looking at reality."

Israel has said the aim of its operations in Gaza was to cripple the Palestinian group Hamas's ability to launch rockets into the south of Israel.

Earlier this month an Israeli foreign ministry spokesperson confirmed to Al Jazeera that it would not co-operate with a separate UN Human Rights Council investigation into alleged war crimes during the assault on the Gaza Strip.

International rights groups have accused both the Israeli military and Palestinian groups such as Hamas of violations throughout the conflict.

The UN secretary-general commissioned the report, written by a special committee led by Ian Martin, former head of Amnesty International, in January, shortly after fighting ended.

The US has pledged 900 million to fix the mess Israel created using weapons and resources which can likely be traced to the billions upon billions of dollars that have been given to Israel by the USA... The total damage is estimated at about 2 billion, so hopefully Israel can alot 10% of its US aid toward this end, to meet the needs of the countries confined natives. Surely they will find incentives in contracting the work out to their companies. The money will be distributed via the UN, to ensure that the evil hamas militants who are demanding what the Palestinians people are entitled to, are not strengthened with the aid.

The Israel vs Iran show
In a related story Israel continues to cry wolf over its supposed arch-rivals nuclear power program, officially deemed "nuclear weapons program" ironically labeled as such by one of the only known countries to have made nuclear weapons in secret without any inspections or interference from the UN (i.e. Israel).

The Motive for Nukes
Seeking nuclear weapons necessarily entails a sinister motive, like anyone who seeks out a tool to defend themselves from psychotic bullies. Why would a country want a nuclear weapon in an era in which convention is dictated by who has nuclear weapons? If that isn't evidence of the inherent insanity and deathwish of the Persian people I dont know what is. Surely the Iranian civilization has persisted for millennia only so they could make ONE nuclear weapon (that is used an an excuse for the US to pay for a missile defense shield to protect Europe from Russia and China), fire it at a country they are likely in kahoots with on multiple levels, and suffer the complete annihilation that would follow after the US attacked from its dozens of bases that encircle the country. Its either that or that nuclear weapons are being pursued (theoretically speaking) to be used for defensive purposes, but my mainstream mediated mind leans towards the first hypothesis involving the evil Iranian supreme leader with his finger on the doomsday button awaiting his 70 virgins while posing for scary photoshoots with AK 47's... an explanation far more adherent with the stereotypes I was raised on.

A country who hasn't attacked any other countries in recent history (Iran), is clearly a greater threat to ones who have yet to leave any stone unturned in their quest for global domination, has military bases in 140+ countries, and is in possession of enough nuclear weapons to destroy the planet their corporations own many times over...

The Global Boycott of the Ziosphere
A new article was released via the electronic intifada highlighting the successes of recent global efforts to boycott Israeli products and services. The plan was popularized in part by Naomi Klein who is a highly acclaimed left-wing Canadian counter-culture white collar warrior. Controlled opposition put their to sell books and CHE t-shirts or a legitimate rock and roll activist genuinely seeking to change the system from within the system? Likely a little bit of both I reckon, regardless the idea has caught wind (because  Israel  wanted it to), and apparently has some Israeli businesses worried (which is the goal when you are trying to change a governments practice? Huh?)

Problems
However the plan has encountered some barriers. Namely in terms of scope, because boycotting Israeli/ Israeli supporting products and services is like trying to stand outside in the rain and not get wet. The highly exclusive cultures oligopolies within many sectors of the fake free market is so far reaching that people may find it hard to pass up their Koran cell phone servicemuch less a coca-cola, or that daily fat ass big mac from McShitties that will prompt dependency on Israeli pharmaceuticals that were tested on private US prison populations.

Solutions...
Do I think that more regulation or the removal of this group is a 'solution' to the problems of the world? Far from it. These necessarily corrupt niches of power within this faulty social model are easily filled with the next string of corrupt self-serving drags on evolution whose only allegiance (similiar to political zionists) is to themselves. The only solution is awareness, holding people (regardless of faith or religion, or history) equally accountable for the collateral damage incurred throughout  the uninhibited exercising of their freewill. There should not be a double standard that applies to those who have and haven't suffered atrocities in the past, when focused on violations of the present. If this were the case, African Americans would be deserving of 10 Israels, and 10 planets to control, rape and ultimately destroy, with the full support of money the flocks of American children will pay back in servitude in years to come.

All things aside its not so much that we should be protesting the prosperity of exclusive and collectively narcissistic societies, but we should always keep within our protest that which is central to achieving the end of fairness and equality; Israel retreating from occupied areas and a return (at least) of these lands to their rightful Palestinian owners. People who claim this to be an impossibility (particularly Israeli so called liberals) are not progressive; its like having a smoke and each time your done one pledging to quit... As practically (yet limited) in its effectiveness as a boycott may be, it may have the adverse impact of diverting attention away from the primary issue (as important as aid is it does not address the root of the problem). What does the assumption that a boycott will work imply

It implies that the governments activity can be swayed by free enterprise., which in theory isn't supposed to be how a 'free market' operates, no need to go into the details of this web of lies, it should be quite evident to those living in the US right now, who has chosen to stand by while the people said to be their leaders reward incompetent greedy assholes that created the problem. But think about it... One would HAVE to assume that if a decline in Israeli stocks could influence their states imperialist agendas (a gross acceptance of the military industrial complex to boot) that we had conceded in trying to change the minds of the Israelis, implying that they all support what there government is doing (recent polls show 90% do but still the Nazis subjects thought they were right too...). So the flaw in the boycotting approach is the notion that we can help these people grow a sense of virtue and greater understanding buy catering to, (and feeding) there vices. What sort of moral development would occur by bribing people into not killing other people using threats against their profit margins. The implicit confession inherent in the boycotting approach is that free market societies governments are heavily impacted if not run by special interests. Meaning that corruption and inequality has become so acceptable in society that its assumed to be natural; that stopping capital flow into a countries private sector should lead to a change in government, liberals are promoting an idea that diverts from essential humanitarian truths which should be held as self-evident, that everyone has a right to a life of freedom, free of oppression and injustice and that this should be sought after directly, not this labyrinthine maze of red tape, and free market fuck around attempts to discipline an authoratian. We want justice and not purchasing power, maybe we want the UN to do something, and the US to explain once and for all why it offers unwavering support to Israel (i.e. tell us something we already know!).

The Boycott is a step in the right direction, but right when you focus on activities devoted towards the cessation of a crime, that which spawned the injustice starts to get overlooked. If anything the boycott should not only demand an end to the violence and human rights violations (a term originated to detail the tribulations of Jewish people) but a dismantling of the wall, an emigration from illegal settlements (I emphasize illegal because technically most were born from imperialism) and Palestinians permitted sovereignty (another oxymoron), which of course requires a state, this is the only solution that would breed lasting peace. Fundamentally it entails the aggressor gaining a sense of humility and making concessions as an advanced civilized society should...

UN aid discontinued until further notice
The UN has cut off aid to Gaza because the Hamas government (the one that runs the country but has views that conflict with those who run the UN...) has been said to be redistributing supplies to its concentrated campers without the United states (I mean the UN's) consent. Hamas has since apologized for the incident and insists that it was a mistake. Now the UN is demanding they sign an agreement like a good slave government that is completely disregarded as illegitimate by the international Zionist endorsing de-mock-cracies for attempting to defend their peoples right to exist. When UN workers were shot  and Un buildings were bombed by the Israeli Offensive Forces in January, no such agreement was required to bring them back. In line with this 'option' the US will be sending Israel even more armaments in the form of multi-mission Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) that have the potential to run unmanned. Gaza horticulture

There may be another reason why Gaza is the target of the mislead American Taxpayers munitions, there terrorist leanings could not be more pronounced as evidenced in the sustainable horticultural practices they use between getting fed aid from the UN that contains god knows what. 20% of the needs of the Gaza population is met by suburban horticultural practices, which is incredible considering the 1.4 million inhabitants only have 360 square KM to play with, unlike their angelic Israeli counterparts who require 10 times the land space to sustain themselves. 2.4 million sustain themselves on the fringes of a land mass that use to be theirs and is 22, 000 square km.

Yet again the deception speaks for itself. They try to overhype the Gazan resistance so to generate some emotional appeal with the Israeli soldiers, and show that there is a challenge, a threat, something that they are actually fighting against.

This article discloses how it is Israels responsibility and right to Punish its subjects; its colonized native inhabitants, if they choose to voice any opposition to their policies. At the same time the article implies that as the punisher, Israel has the moral high ground, and that they are merely disciplining Gaza.
